Urline Gregoire is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner with a passion for providing quality healthcare to her patients. Born in Haiti, Urline migrated to the United States at the age of 13, where she embarked on a journey to pursue her dreams in the medical field.

Driven by a desire to serve others, Urline completed her nursing education with distinction, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Salem State University and later obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at Regis College. Her educational journey equipped her with a solid foundation in healthcare principles and clinical skills.

Throughout her career, Urline has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care and advocacy. With her warm demeanor and attentive approach, she establishes trusting relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Her clinical expertise, combined with her genuine empathy, allows her to provide comprehensive and personalized care to individuals and families across the lifespan.

Urline's professional experience spans various healthcare settings, including community clinics, hospitals, and primary care practices. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she collaborates closely with healthcare teams to develop holistic care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Whether conducting routine check-ups, diagnosing acute illnesses, or managing chronic conditions, Urline remains dedicated to promoting wellness and improving health outcomes for all her patients.

Beyond her clinical practice, Urline is actively involved in community outreach initiatives aimed at addressing healthcare disparities and promoting health education. She volunteers her time and expertise to support underserved populations, advocating for equitable access to healthcare resources and services.

Driven by a desire to serve others and address healthcare disparities, Urline recently founded a nonprofit organization Elevation Learning Center Care.Inc dedicated to promoting health equity in underserved communities. Through her nonprofit, she leads initiatives focused on increasing access to healthcare services, addressing social determinants of health, and advocating for policies that prioritize equitable healthcare delivery.

Urline's nonprofit work and clinical practice are intertwined, as she actively incorporates principles of health equity into her patient care approach. She volunteers her time and expertise to support underserved populations, advocating for equitable access to healthcare resources and services both locally and globally.

Demba Diallo was born in Mauritania Migrated to the United States in 2007. Demba earned in Bachelor degree in Exercise and Health Science at the University of Massachusetts and later obtained his Master in Public Administration from Suffolk University.

With over a decade of experience in program management within the human services sector, Demba has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals and families in need. Having recently transitioned to the role of Program Manager at FamilyAid's Newton Family Navigation Center, Demba now leads a dedicated team supporting children and parents in temporary housing. In this capacity, Demba oversees daily operations, coordinates with external partners, and ensures the provision of high-quality services aligned with organizational goals.

Prior to Demba’s current role, he served as the Program Director at Vinfen in Cambridge, MA, from January 2018, where he directed and managed program staff, optimized operational efficiency, and ensured adherence to regulatory standards. In this capacity, he oversaw staff performance, implemented quality improvement measures, and provided supervision on treatment plans and interventions.

Before his tenure at Vinfen, he held the position of Assistant Program Director at Cooperative for Human Service in Lexington, MA, from March 2009 to January 2018. Here, he collaborated closely with the Program Director to develop program-specific goals, manage budgets, and lead teams to uphold operational standards.

Demba’s competencies include organizational knowledge, strategic resource management, and excellent supervisory skills. He thrives in navigating through uncertainty, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and adapting to emerging needs within client groups.

As a leader, Demba uphold core ethics and accountability while aligning dedicated to promoting a culture of high performance, trust, and collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives.

With Demba’s diverse background in program management, coupled with his passion for making a positive impact in the community, Demba will be serving in the board of Elevation Learning Center Care as well as assisting with mentorship and scholarship programs at ELC Care.
