Meet the board
Urline Gregoire, AGNP-C: Founder & President
Urline Gregoire is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner. Born in Haiti, Urline migrated to the United States at the age of thirteen to embark on a journey to pursue her dreams in the Medical Field. Driven by a desire to serve others, Urline completed her nursing education with distinction, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University and Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College.
With a deep desire to serve and address health disparities, Urline founded the nonprofit organization, Elevation Learning Center Care, Inc., to promote health equity for the underserved population. Through this organization, she will lead initiatives that focus on increasing access to healthcare services, tackle social determinants of health, and advocate for policies that prioritize equitable healthcare delivery. Urline’s work continues to inspire and empower marginalized populations to ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of an individual’s background or circumstances.
Demba Diallo-MPH: Treasurer
Demba Diallo, migrated to the United States from Mauritania in 2007. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Massachusetts, a Master’s in Public Administration from Suffolk University, postgraduate studies in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and a Certificate in Disability and Health Policy. With over a decade of human services program management experience, Demba is dedicated to improving the lives of families. As Program Manager at FamilyAid's Newton Family Navigation Center, he leads a team supporting families in temporary housing, overseeing operations and building partnerships.
Previously, Demba served as Program Director at Vinfen, optimizing program efficiency and staff performance. His earlier role as Assistant Program Director at Cooperative for Human Services refined his skill sets in budget management and team leadership. Demba serves on the board of Elevation Learning Center Care, Inc., where he contributes to mentorship initiatives and supports families through health and wellness programs.
Caroline Joseph, RN, BSN: Clerk
Caroline is a Registered Nurse with nine years of experience in healthcare. Currently, she serves as a nurse liaison for an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and collaborates closely with program directors to ensure optimal care for the needs of her clients. Additionally, she teaches the Certified Nursing Assistant program and has the privilege of educating future healthcare professionals.
As a devoted mother to her fifteen-year-old son, she is passionate about serving her community, particularly advocating for the underserved. She is also pursuing her master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, with the goal of expanding her ability to care for others. Caroline feels incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Elevation Learning Center Care, Inc.’s team and to make a difference by inspiring future generations of healthcare workers. Caroline strives to serve others through her work and guided by her faith and dedication.
Michele Neicth Forbes, RN, BSN: Director
Michele is a dedicated nurse with over two decades of experience in healthcare. Her journey began as a teenager; volunteered and worked with the elderly in Nursing Homes, and later, in a pediatric inpatient rehabilitation. After becoming a registered nurse, Michele transitioned to cardiac-respiratory inpatient rehab and quickly advanced to charge nurse. She later moved into home care as a case manager, to further expand her expertise.
In 2024, she joined Elevation Learning Center Care, Inc.’s board and the health and wellness team where she teaches health and wellness to individuals impacted by negative social determinants of health. Michele is passionate about educating others on nutrition, preventive care, and chronic disease management. Her empathetic approach makes her a trusted community figure. At ELC Care, Inc., she helps organize workshops and collaborates with professionals to address health disparities. Michele is committed to improving health outcomes and empowering individuals to live healthier and resilient lives.
